Terms of Service

Welcome to Snaptle. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. Snaptle is an 18+ community for making friends, sharing culture, and arranging shoutout-for-shoutout and streak-for-streak connections with Snapchat creators who share your interests. It is not for dating, rating people by looks, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Snaptle. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully, or impersonate anyone;
• post sexually explicit, nude, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable content, or any image you don’t have the right to share;
• use Snaptle for political campaigning, propaganda, extremist, or other off-purpose agitation;
• solicit or exchange illicit material, or use the app for anything unlawful;
• spam, scam, or repeatedly fail to honor agreed shoutouts or streaks;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other users’ data.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in content removal, loss of reputation, or account termination.

Your content & your responsibility

Snaptle is a space for friendship and cultural exchange — not a platform for politics, sexually explicit material, hate speech, or other objectionable content. You are solely responsible for everything you post and for how you behave, and you accept full responsibility and liability for it. If you choose to post prohibited content or engage in prohibited conduct, you do so on your own responsibility and at your own risk: we may remove the content, suspend or terminate your account, and where required cooperate with lawful authorities. Snaptle does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for content created by users.

Shoutouts, streaks & conduct

Shoutouts and streaks are voluntary agreements between users; Snaptle is not a party to them. Reputation, ratings, and streaks reflect community feedback and are provided as-is. We don’t guarantee any growth, follower, or engagement outcome.

Sparks (virtual items)

Sparks are an in-app virtual currency with no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law, and may be modified or discontinued. Any purchases are handled by the App Store and subject to Apple’s terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snaptle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users.
